Di Amerika ini foreclosure itu salah satu yang harus diperhatikan sekali. Masalah jual beli rumah juga bersangkut paut dengan Credit score anda. Kalau Credit score anda ternoda ( mis : pernah foreclosure, bangkrut/pailit dsbnya ) akan susah sekali untuk re-qualify beli rumah, pinjam uang atau apply credit card, bahkan melamar kerja sekalipun. Jadi jangan main main dan sembarangan foreclosure, kalau bisa sebaiknya dihindari.
